Manual NP “ROSBITUM” took part in an extended annual meeting of the Commission on the development, repair and maintenance of roads, prepared by the Russian Association of radar. A report On the support to the road sector with high quality bitumen” the meeting was made by the Chairman of the Board NP ROSSICUM S. I. Sablin. The meeting was participated by the heads of territorial bodies of highway management, representatives of the Ministry of transport of Russia, the Federal road Agency, industry research and contractors.
